Bump & Breathe is your weekly exhale in pregnancy. Each session offers an hour of calm, guided visualisations, and simple breathing techniques to help you release stress, sleep more easily, and feel more confident as birth approaches.
This isn’t just about preparing for labour—it’s about giving yourself the space to pause, rest, and connect with your growing baby. The sessions are warm, gentle, and welcoming, with no experience needed—just come as you are.
