Come and join us for a relaxed buggy walk at Englefield — a chance to get out of the house, move your body gently and connect with other parents.
We’ll meet at Englefield car park and head out for an easy, pram-friendly walk (around 1 hour, nice and relaxed pace).
Afterwards, anyone who fancies it is very welcome to join us at Englefield Tea Rooms for a cuppa and a chat ☕💛
👶 Babies welcome exactly as they are — feeding, changing, stopping along the way all completely fine.
No pressure, no expectations — just a chance to get some fresh air and feel a little less alone.
Free to attend but please book so we know who to expect.
